Norse Projects offers a 14-day return policy from the date of receipt, provided items are returned in their original condition with all tags attached. We aim to ensure a seamless process for all international and domestic orders to maintain our commitment to quality service.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the completed return form to ensure efficient processing at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship Items

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned goods, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
